Delete your Forge Pulse account

You can permanently delete your Forge Pulse account and all data associated with it. This page explains how to do it from the app and how to request deletion by email if you can no longer access the app.

This action cannot be undone. When deletion is complete, your meals, workouts, recovery scores, body weight history, profile, AI coaching sessions, and Forge Pulse subscription record cannot be recovered.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Apple or Google account settings to prevent the next renewal.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open Forge Pulse and sign in.

Tap the Profile tab (bottom-right).

Scroll to Data & Privacy → Delete account.

Review both confirmation prompts and tap Permanently delete.

Your primary Forge Pulse account records are removed through the account deletion service. Storage and external-processor cleanup may finish asynchronously or require manual follow-up. You will be signed out when the deletion request succeeds, and we complete the request within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email request (use this if you can't open the app)

If you've deleted the app, lost your phone, or otherwise can't sign in, email us from the address on file. We'll verify ownership and process the deletion within 30 days (typically same-week).

Include the email address on the account. No other personal info needed.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, age, height, weight, goals)
Every meal log, scan history, and macro/micro entry
Every workout, set, rep, cardio session, and personal record
Recovery readiness scores, sleep data we received from Apple Health / Health Connect
AI Coach chat history and meal-plan history
Profile photos and meal photos
Subscription record (RevenueCat customer record is also removed)
Your account login (email + password)

What does not get deleted

Data that was written into Apple Health or Google Health Connect — Apple/Google own those copies. To remove them, open Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) and delete Forge Pulse from the Sources/Apps list.
Anonymized aggregate analytics (e.g. "X% of users used Menu Scan this week") — these contain no identifier linking back to you.
Receipts and tax records that we are legally required to retain under applicable financial regulations. These are stored without any Forge Pulse profile data linked to them.

Right to data export (GDPR / CCPA)

Before you delete, you can download a JSON copy of everything Forge Pulse has stored about you. In the app: Profile → Data & Privacy → Export my data. This is available to all users at no charge.
